It’s NaNoWriMo time in writerland, and while this year I have the time and flexibility to do it, I’m fully absorbed in comics right now. So what does that mean? The graphic novel version: 30 comics in 30 days.

This is fully do-able, so feel free to pester me if I don’t update. (For the record, 3 am is still daytime if I haven’t gone to bed). At the same time, I’m still trying for quality here. Quantity over quality gives NaNoWriMo participants a chance to let fly and see what happens, but I want some good stuff out of this work.

This Sunday I have a table at Word Under The Street, which is part of the Vancouver Word On The Street literary festival at the downtown main branch library. WOTS is a great one-day event with performances, lectures, free stuff, and lots of smart, creative people to meet. Find me in the library basement with other comic and zine producers.
