I’m heading out of town for a couple weeks to tour around a city rich in post-apocalyptic imagery: Black Rock City, Nevada, for Burning Man. No shortage of people there, for sure, but also no electricity, running water, or grocery stores. Radical self-reliance in harsh desert conditions. It’s an adventure. Can’t wait.
